Orders may be picked up at 766 S. White Station Rd. Suite 3 - Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 4:00pm (Holiday Hours vary) Friday 8:30am to 2:00pm
Check A Gift Card Balance
Gift card balances can be checked by logging in to our E-Gift Portal and selecting "Check Gift Card Balance" at the top of the page. You will need the gift card number and email address of the recipient. If you don't have that email address, select "Gift Card Questions" and a gift card specialist can lookup your balance with just the card number.
Redemption & Return Policies
Gift cards may be redeemed for services or retail products. Due to multiple locations, gift cards must be presented at the time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash value.
There are no refunds or exchanges on Gift Cards, E-Gifts, Makeup or certain specialty items including Obagi, and Revitalash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Unopened Product may be exchanged or refunded to a gift card within 14 days.
Gift Cards by standard mail may take up to 12 business days for delivery. If you are under a time constraint, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Instant E-Gifts are sent to the recipient by email, and can be printed out to be redeemed at any of our locations.
